R407F refrigerant belongs to the HFC type non-azeotropic environmental protection refrigerant, and does not contain CFC and HCFC that destroy the ozone layer at all. It is widely used for initial installation on new refrigeration equipment and refill during maintenance.

Compared with the previous generation of refrigerants that are widely used in the market but are about to be eliminated by regulations, R407F refrigerants have excellent performance, do not destroy the ozone layer, and have lower global warming potential.

R407F refrigerant has achieved the same cooling effect as R22 refrigerant in the performance comparison test. R22 refrigerant is an ozone-depleting hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC) refrigerant that is facing phase-out in accordance with regulations in various regions of the world. Compared with R22, in addition to not destroying the ozone layer and lowering the impact of global warming, R407F only needs to make very limited changes to the existing refrigeration system of fishing boats, which is convenient for fishing boat owners to adopt.

Use of R407F refrigerant

R407F refrigerant can be used in new medium and low temperature commercial refrigeration equipment. It has the closest properties to R22, and has better environmental protection and refrigeration performance than other HFC mixed refrigerants.

R407F, as a medium-high temperature refrigerant widely used today, is mainly used in household air conditioners, small and medium-sized commercial air conditioners (small and medium-sized unit air conditioners, household central air conditioners).
