70th Anniversary of China National Day – Fonsum Refrigerant Sales Team Building Activity

To celebrate the 70th birthday of the People’s Republic of China, the sales department of Fonsum launched a group building activity themed “forging excellent teams to create enterprise brilliance” from September 26 to September 28, 2019.

We arrived at the Baiyun Mountain scenic area of Luoyang, a national nature reserve. The group packed their bags and began their tour of the scenic spot. The first stop is the Kowloon waterfall in Baiyun Mountain. Kowloon falls is located in the grand canyon of Kowloon, with a total length of 3000 meters and a drop of 1300 meters. Here beautiful scenery, pleasant environment, let a person instantly forget the troubles in life.

After breakfast, a group of people set out early and began to climb Yuhuangding. Yuhuangding, as the highest peak of Baiyun Mountain, with an elevation of 2216 meters, is known as the first peak in central China. It took three hours and all the members reached Yuhuangding through their efforts. We work together, with tacit understanding, together to complete a seemingly impossible task.

After a rest in the afternoon, a group of people came to the forest oxygen bar and Baiyun Lake to play. Green mountains, mountains and waters, continuous peaks. While enjoying the riverside scenery, we talked with each other. Under the intense work and pressure, we got close to nature, felt comfortable and relaxed physically and mentally.

On the last day, we arrived at Jiguan Cave by car and visited the cave’s unique landscape including stalagmite, stone curtain, stone waterfall, stone flower, stone harp, lotus pool and transparent stone.

The activity brought everyone closer to nature, eased the pressure of work, improved the cohesion and enthusiasm of team members, and brought the relationship between employees closer to become a closer whole.I believe that after the construction of the group, you can embrace life in a more optimistic and full state, and go to work.
